这家酒店网上看装修设计风格不错，来体验了一下，不虚此行。服务热情响应快，前台服务Carrie和Martin思虑周到，安排了满意的房间，介绍酒店设施。开业那么多年，设施都远超预期，强烈推荐！早餐也很丰富。

I have taken lounge service and am very disappointed to tell you that the liquor named Absolut Vodka always kept half or less bottle in the floor to serve . I don't know why the lounge manager doesn't want to give seem less service for this liquor brand specifically . Sometimes lounge staff replies are also very rude and not in Good taste.
Kindly train lounge staff to maintain it properly. I have been staying in your hotel since 2019 but have never experienced this kind of strange situation. After exhausted the whole day working, the guests want to enjoy a peaceful environment with drink and food. But this kind staff attitude is not good at all.
I hope after my complaint , this attitude will not be repeated again .

Nice decoration, but the room facilities are old, not smart toilet. Then the bathroom design is not reasonable, the water in the shower will flow out, causing my child to fall out of the bath, but the head did not touch, but the foot was slipped a wound, there is a wound missing a piece of meat, call the front desk, ask for iodine and band-aids, the result is called the robot to send, two wounds, only gave a band-aid, without any humanistic care. When checking out, he asked if the iodine had been left in the room in case we took it? No pattern at all.
