首先房间异味很大……其次客房服务员的素质是想象不到的差：我下午2点入住酒店，到了房间发现酒店提供的手机充电器是坏的无法使用，便打算找前台更换。正巧刚出房门遇到个服务员，便请他换一下。他从隔壁房间拿了一个充电器给我，试了下依然是坏的，他便说那没办法了，别的客人都能用……之后回房间打电话问客房服务有没有转换插座，接线员迟疑了一下说没有。而且客房服务总机态度很诡异，两次都是他自己说完就挂电话，我还没出声…………晚上去7楼餐厅吃饭，路过大堂就再问一下前台，充电器和转换插座都有，都让服务员给我送到房间。这实在让人无语！！ 7楼餐厅的景观很好，餐厅服务员也很好，就是客房服务太差，没搞懂…………

带家人出游入住体验很好，古色古香，有一定的历史！特别是酒店里的陈伯讲故事环节，绘声绘色，将民国时期发生在酒店的很多事重现在我们顾客面前，很棒！
