该饭店位置好，房间装修是民国风，深得我心，价格也不贵，服务很好，到的那天老公脚疼服务员看见了主动为我们升级了前排的房间不用爬楼梯，很贴心！下次去西湖还住这里！

服务不好，和柳莺里酒店差的不是一点半点，心里落差太大了。另外600多的标准间的窗户对着一堵墙，房间不满意，不过艺龙给解决了。难怪评分这么低，真得看评价，分低的酒店绝对不能订。
