Reception的Silver專業且服務到位，親切得體卻不會過份謙恭，這是香港服務業應有點水準。房間內配有可帶上街及上網的手機，可供其它設備使用Wi-Fi且免費，還可免費撥打大部分國家包括內陸電話，這是我在其它香港酒店沒有遇到過的，原本想定Kerry（名氣大些），訂了這裡也不後悔，喜歡旺角便利性的朋友不要錯過，過年貴了點，相信平日會蠻便宜，推薦。
