酒店位于很繁华的地段，设施很好。前台不大但是效率很高。酒店的房间在香港算是宽敞的，床垫很舒服，可以休息的很好。有超大的窗户，可以坐在沙发上在窗边看夜景。住店客人可以直接去明阁吃饭感觉很赞。因为对五星酒店的要求高了些，过道有油烟味，浴室布局还有改进的空间、没有智能马桶，感到有一些遗憾，不过总体感觉还是很满意的。
