订的高级房，带着两个孩子，来到酒店，工作人员看到我们拖家带口的给升级了行政套房，看跑马场景色的，一房一厅。我被震惊到了，寸土尺金的香港地居然还有房间这么宽敞的酒店。前台的工作人员Joanne热情有礼，不厌其烦的为我解答各种问题，这个酒店请到这么好的员工实在是相得益彰！之前在三亚住过几次洲际旗下的天房洲际，当时已经觉得很满意了但是这一次的经历我决定加入洲际会员了！
