酒店位置非常的好，铜锣湾时代广场地铁站出来100米就到了，前台服务态度很专业，详细介绍体验服务。健身房可以看到跑马场！视野开阔！房间内卫生间布局合理！床垫舒服！值得推荐

感觉还算不错，地点非常好，距离时代广场，希慎广场，崇光百货都非常近，非常方便，门口就有巴士站，电车站，地铁站近距离的可能我没注意，我只知道时代广场地下就有，其实也相当近了。服务人员非常好，态度热情，耐心，不会因为大陆客户而改变，房间也是相当大，算是香港这么大这个价算合理了吧，不过整体感觉还是偏贵一点点，如果一千五以内可能合理些，然后房间洗手间和房间内纸盒上有灰尘，可能打扫的比较马虎，望下次改进些咯。没有照房间，只有外面的相片，将就用吧，整体都很好，也很安静，吃饭，购物都很方便。

在寸金寸土的香港要找房间大价格又适中的酒店不容易，铜锣湾皇冠假日酒店刚好满足了我们的所有要求，第一位置非常好，就在时代广场旁边，从铜锣湾地铁A出口出来步行只要两百米左右，就在时代广场边上。第二服务态度非常好，一进酒店就有人帮你开门，入住登记快，工作人员态度好，有问必答，住一晚只要交押金500港币。第三房间的设备配备齐全，有冰箱、保险箱、雨伞、浴袍等，如果你是优悦会会员还有免费送饮料或酒券，可以到28楼迷你酒吧享受。楼上风景非常好，可以看到跑马地全景，楼上还有游泳池、健身房，非常满意，下次有机会还会住这里，旁边美食多少。
