服务一如既往的好：宾至如归的感觉，登记入住时前台一句“好久没有来了”立即拉近了距离。因为周末，房间紧张，告知我没有大床房，安排双床房如何，我回答没关系，可是我最后拿到的却是山景房免费升级到半海景大床房，超贴心！无论我询问美食还是购物，都是热情帮助，并立即附上备注了的地图和打印好的地址。地理位置、酒店设施和卫生环境完全符合五星级酒店要求，以至于我连试都不愿试一下旁边的两家同级酒店。以后还会入住。

非常不错的一次体验，酒店位置很好，在金钟地铁F出口，直接通到酒店，房间各种细节彰显酒店的品味，免费水果不间断供应，免费依云矿泉水，洗浴用品全部欧舒丹，赞！
