除了位置有点难找之外，其他都非常不错，特别是我们住的那楼层，看到一幅很高很壮观的画，还有古色古香的室内园景，令人一下子忘记这是香港了。还有房内送的水果也非常新鲜，服务贴心！

之前香格里拉颇有好感，但这次入住感觉特别不爽，第一次感受到港人的不友善，而且是来自于香格里拉！入住第二天下午，本来一家人心情很好地去酒店餐厅喝下午茶，用普通话跟服务员说请问有位子吗？我们喝下午茶。服务员拉着一张脸说下午茶卖完了，那张脸就跟欠她八百万一样。我当时看了一下表才四点钟，心想怎么这么早卖完了。旁边我老公也觉得不对劲，马上用英语说你这里是香格里拉酒店吗？我们要喝下午茶，需要座位。服务员脸上马上有笑容了，屁颠屁颠地去找座位了。这下午茶是喝上了不过喝的真堵心啊！明摆着不欢迎你们大陆客人！我前几天订房时翻看了一下以前的点评，说此来此酒店说英语的是爷爷，说普通话的是孙子，狗眼看人低！看来果真如此！以后不会再来了！

非常值得推荐的一家香港酒店，早餐品种非常丰富，提供免费饮用水是依云矿泉水，洗浴用品用的是法国产欧舒丹。还提供欢迎热茶和水果，让人感觉很温暖。
