今次是第三次入住這酒店，因假期原因酒店入住人數非常多，只係check in就排隊用咗50分鐘，排隊人龍超過60人。前台的服務態度都ok，我要求高楼層，都可以比到我。

荃湾的如心海景一直是香港性价比最好的五星级酒店啦，这次觉得泳池区域太冷了，其他都不错。疫情期间外卖回房间吃的，没有在酒店吃。

非常适合旅游入住，地理位置优越，交通便捷，客服服务和酒店环境都非常好，而且酒店响应速度很快，小朋友楼下摔到回房间联系前台，马上有主管安排医生到房间询问检查情况并提供创可贴，让我们全家非常感动。下次一定会再去入住。全五星好评！赞👍
