每次去香港都住如心，房间比同类酒店大，房间干净明亮，舒服，酒店地理位置好，旺中带静，出门附近就有多个商场，购物方便，酒店服务不错，推荐！

带小朋友出行，两大两小，定了标双间，安排在20楼，空间正常不拥挤，大玻璃窗使房间光线充足，视野开阔，1.5米床，设施齐全，舒适型，跟东莞的三星标间差不多，同等价位在香港酒店来说还是挺不错的！酒店离荃湾西站很近，穿过公园步行几分钟即到，周边就是商圈：如心广场、荃新天地、南酆中心……交通、购物、餐饮都方便。不足的是：入住酒店不提供wifi，如需要就得另付费120港元，在网络这么发达的大环境下，客户居然还得付费上网，个人觉得这个收费很无理！如果能够改进，相信性价比会更高！（附：房间外景图一张）

入住后感受很不好！不值这个价！1.房间味道大，房里陈设老式洗脸池下水坏的。2.第二天早上7点竟然有人把门打开了，简直无语.，我们2大2小从床上惊醒。接着早上9点又有人敲门，我们开门看对方说是Check Out。9点半钟房间电话又突然响了，我接后又没人说话。3.大堂服务态度差。4.整个酒店给人感觉很不好，走道阴森，房间不亮堂，电梯也灯光昏暗。非常不推荐！我们是迪斯尼玩回来的入住该酒店的，酒店附近偏僻。感觉入住这个酒店受骗了！以后再也不来！

房间很大，还免费升级到四十多层的行政楼层，离地铁也不远，周边配套成熟非常好的入住体验。
