前台服务一般，和客人说话几乎不对视，笑容也只有一秒钟，酒店属于服务业前端，由此窥见香港服务业（这可是旅游业的重要组成部分）已不再是拿的出手的王牌（住了几家酒店以及到店购物等），心里暗叹一口气，多少年才形成的气候，要变坏时却只需那么短短的时日。其实无论客人来自世界的哪个角落，哪个阶层，来到店里就是客人，你既然从事服务行业就应该有点职业素养。这是管理层也默许或放任的结果？
从尖沙咀打车到酒店约130港币。酒店有连廊连着几家大商场，吃喝玩乐买不愁。裙楼楼下有到大巴总站，到内地很多大巴，到深圳湾关口也很方便。在香港属于低价房间大星级高。除了没有服务，性价比还是可以的。

酒店高大上，主要是元旦住价格翻倍了，去的很晚，酒店换成了套房，非常棒，很宽敞。不是节假日去会很棒！

每次去香港必选的酒店，距离西铁很近，出行去尖沙咀和香港岛、迪斯尼都很方便，酒店下面还有直通深圳黄冈口岸的大巴
