酒店各种设施都不错，服务也很好，就是退房的时候，酒店操作错误，本来预授权应该取消，结果不但没有取消，还多扣了一次🤷🏻♀️

酒店是非常好 环境设备服务位置没的挑，就是通过艺龙外包的旅行社 我一个人备注了需要大床双 没大床了告诉我 我可以换 不提前告知不好

已经不是第一次住这个酒店了，服务非常好，进大厅有股不一样的香水味，很特别，很喜欢，应该是最近这几年又装修了一遍，和原来的风格不一样了！现在全部都是白色系的，很独特的风格、很漂亮、很美丽，下次来还会住这里的！谢谢

房间位置很好 就在海港城边上 购物方便 5楼 街景 门口接待保安服务很好 帮我拿了很重的行李 直接送房间 前台也很有礼貌，但是 客房送拖鞋来的服务员不应该是五星级的服务态度 有点僵硬 。也没有礼貌 。
