前台有个胖胖的女的服务一般 说话口气也不好 我说能不能给我同级别有新装修过的房间 她说新房间很热门balabala的 要加440港币一晚 第一次听说入住同级别房间还要加钱的 我又不是升级房型咯 最后没办法只能全都加钱入住了 我看携程上订的不用加钱也能入住新房间 估计是看我艺龙上订的便宜才要求必须加钱 真的有点恶心!!! 除去这一点 房间也有点小 而且新装修的房间也并没有怎么样 和我上次来住的W酒店完全不能比 要不是这次来港时间太短了图方便 谁要入住朗庭!🙄️

第二次入住了，提前告诉客服要安静的房间，安排在12楼挺好的。酒店的服务员态度很好，现在入住不需要信用卡授权担保，退房就很方便。位置优越很适合购物，房间干净整洁。

总体非常不错 交通还算方便 离海港城近 购物不错 房间有趣也挺大的在香港来说 个人感觉服务很棒 还有人专门帮忙提箱 缺点就是只能三点之后入住 不够人性化 然后就是有点贵

就是房间不大，设施陈旧，马桶冲水坏的
