特地定的免费升级的，价格还比普通房贵，但到了给的还是普通的，还给了楼层最低的，位置最差的，隔壁不知道是水泵的声音还是什么，两个晚上一直再吵，去前台投诉，前台居然告诉我说房费付了，也住了，没办法处理，真搞笑的，不住我怎么知道吵，还说下次再住给我免费升，这种酒店我是不会再去了，大家也不要上当
