高速上的七车连环撞导致堵车八小时！却丝毫不能融化你们冰凉的内心！终究还是你们比较狠！可喜可贺的是，至少不需要见到你们那丑陋的嘴脸！我相信这个酒店会因为这样无良的服务，冷血的处理方式，不再被人信任和喜爱。

可以给全五星的酒店，在香港这种寸土寸金的地方性价比很高，酒店给免费升级的19楼维港海景套间，设施都很先进，非常好的一次体验，下次如果还有机会来香港，还会来光顾的。

酒店位置还不错，房间不大，四楼走到味道不好，离三层吃饭较近，过年初一没有送早餐，我觉得过年客人来了应该把三餐安排好，不要一味赚钱，要有些人情味。

十五年前至今先后住了三次这家酒店 ，一次比一次差，五星级酒店，快捷酒店的客房设施 服务 尤其对大陆客人 一个房间尽给配一个转换插头 房间装修及设施非常简陋。
