上个月过来，本来感觉很好的，今天来，前台接待态度很差，没有礼貌，非要和我争，后面我都不理她，她感觉不好意思，让人帮我送行李到房间，结果送行李的人很好，很礼貌，代她向我道歉，下次来荆州，要是还是这个前台，我一定换酒店！
