酒店的位置在荆州城内，方便旅游，附近就是步行街，购物也方便；店内的设施很干净，卫生状况很好；服务员面带微笑，热情招待，态度和蔼可亲；酒店的价格还算合理，舒适度和性价比不错。

环境还可以，在城中心，比较方便，但是房间设施比较老旧，最不能忍受的是洗澡的热水，忽冷忽热，调试半天都找不到最佳温度，有时候一下变的烫死人。四星级的房价，3星级的房间。

这酒店的服务倒是挺不错的,有问题能够及时解决,态度也挺不错.酒店的内部环境还是不错的,打扫的挺干净,设施也蛮齐全的,整体感觉性价比还是可以的.
