一直住这家酒店，但是我想问一下，身份证丢了，拿着户口本和公安部门开的证明，还不能住吗，难为我，非让我在当地开证明，公安部门说的很明确了，身份证和户口本就是最有利的证明，以前派出所可以出具证明现在不允许开什么证明，希望你们的工作人员能够明白
