酒店的硬件设施非常好，时尚干净，尤其是那个超大的网络电视～ 只不过服务方便就有些欠缺，不知道是不是因为春节的缘故，早上去吃早餐的时候基本上什么都没了。而且从早上开始叫打扫房间，到了晚上回去的时候都没打扫，催了3次之后才来，而且就只是卫生间换了个毛巾～ 希望以后的服务质量能够有所改进。

比较有特色之处是有个小阳台比较温馨，电视超大，是开封少有的高层建筑，视野很好，交通很方便，最近的黄家包子还不错，只是房间较小，卫生间没有干湿分离，最好提前预订会比较便宜，否则……
