酒店的硬件设施非常好，时尚干净，尤其是那个超大的网络电视～ 只不过服务方便就有些欠缺，不知道是不是因为菊花节的缘故，早上去吃早餐的时候基本上什么都没了。而且从早上开始叫打扫房间，到了晚上回去的时候都没打扫，催了3次之后才来，而且就只是卫生间换了个毛巾～ 希望以后的服务质量能够有所改进。

位置交通便利，出行方便，好找，离清明上河园不到5公里，离市中心、开封府、包公祠也非常近；
房间里的设施，电视机真大！给力！卫生间的设施较简单，洗漱用具少，不过有牙刷和梳子应该是可以了，节约为主！热水挺足。房间门关不严有很大的缝隙能当成猫眼用了。阳台有个躺椅有点污垢。餐厅在顶楼，早餐简单。整个的服务还满意。
建议早餐增加河南名吃胡辣汤和烩面。

酒店很好，电视超大。洗发沐浴用品正宗牌子，床铺舒适，阳台观景开阔，离龙亭不远。最好的旁边是武夷夜市，烧烤鱼、小龙虾、螃蟹，还有凉粉和灌汤包，生意火爆。东边几百米还有一家百年老店黄记包子，灌汤包很好吃。
