第一次入住这家酒店，酒店的工作人员非常亲切，酒店房间也让我很满意。楼上的空中酒吧也是必须打卡的好去处，下次还是会再来。

The location is awesome, the pool and room view is great!
Breakfast was very disappointing. The choices in the menu were poor, the dishes not tasty at all. Don’t suggest choosing the room that includes breakfast.
The room itself was nice, but very dusty, especially under the bed. Staff is friendly.

位置好，客易叫车，靠购物中心和地铁站（KLCC）。房子衞生，宽阔，电视附有衞星节目的电别，漏意。

4人出行定的双人间，床很大很舒服，就在双峯塔前面不远，地理位置相当优越。楼顶和六楼都有泳池。不过要注意不要跑错了，附近还有一个雅诗阁，这个是雅诗阁之星，我们就第一次跑错了，不过两个相隔不远。

Very close to KLCC Twin Tower, hotel is clean & comfortable, receptionist are friendly & professional (credit to one of the Malay male receptionist).

酒店地理位置不错，附近不太热闹，酒店硬件尚可但衞生一般（特别地上），服务效率有待提高，酒店有2个泳池，6楼有个大泳池是几栋公寓共用的，顶楼有个泳池景色漂亮，但连着个餐厅所以闲杂人员太多私密性极低，到的时候正巧遇到国庆，所以在顶楼sky bar观看了灯光秀和烟火表演，氛围感十足，早餐十分简陋基本没什麽东西吃，比国内的快捷酒店低几个档次、千万别花这冤枉钱，最後説下前台接待，我们一行共3间房，分2批入住，我们先到check in时接待人员很随意的办理了入住，也没跟我们详细介绍酒店的设施，等朋友办理时他们换班了，换的接待服务态度好，耐心介绍了酒店设施服务……最後再提一下我们订的房説是可以有行政酒廊待遇，但是到後那位办理入住的那位比较胖的小姐説他们酒店行政楼没有酒廊只有办公，所以只能享受他们的商务中心……

Ascott is ana amazing Hotel to stay at, and also it has a great service and also a very nice View. Ascott is near the KLCC twin towers (5min walk) and near the train station.
