Checkin is smooth, initially have some problem with the room that maintenance team is unable to solve the issue. Hotel management is quick arrange a change of room. Duty manager is professional and trip.com is quick to communicate with Sofitel booking reservation team.
Overall stay is good, location is convenient.

酒店电话是坏的，一通电话30秒1分钟或者20秒就会断线，酒店冲凉液用完，客房也没有换，打电话去上来的同事竟然不会换，客房也没有换，打电话去上来的同事竟然不会换（因为要开锁只能换补充装那种）一个五星级酒店竟然没有沐浴露的Sample，凌晨五点洗个澡都这么累，来的员工又不脱鞋搞到厕所都是脚印。浴室门关不紧会漏水，说是找工程来修，一整个下午都没有来。

Had a lovely stay at Sofitel. Room was amazing, clean, spacious, with comfortable bed and huge bathtub. There was even a cabinet with wine glasses. Definitely will come back again. Parking flat rate rm10

Very service oriented hotel. Met a hotel staff in the lift and she was friendly and asked me any special occasion on the day , I told her it’s my birthday and she arranged the a surprise cake delivery to my room! Very thoughtful

a whole new area, new and everything is just nice.
You got Pavilion Damansara (which is the Pavilion 3) just beside the hotel, it’s walking distance!
I love their Balmain toiletry and what a huge room!
one thing bad is about the car park, I thought was a complimentary car park but end up they need us to pay. Although is just RM2 per day, I still don’t get it why. Also, when I wanna purchase mooncake from them since its mooncake festival, I just done my checkout like 2 mins ago, and walk over to the restaurant to make purchase, I was being told that I’m not entitle for the guest 15% off anymore…cuz I checked out… I was like WHAT?!!!!
