房间大小刚刚好，床铺挺乾净的，洗澡水很热乎，装修很注意细节，酒店带早餐，虽然东西不多，但也足够了，还送了好吃的巧克力，就是周围比较荒凉，没什麽吃饭的地方

Very good location for us to hang around ! Easy to access to anywhere in KL ! The room was huge with nice view !
The most importantly I love the Park 90 wine bar at the lobby lounge :)
If you’re a huge wine lover, must come down and check !
The overall experience is more than above average!
We will definitely stay there again while in KL !

Hotel room was big and spacious. Had a very comfortable stay here. However, hotel is slightly further from the KL sentral station. A free shuttle that runs every 30mins is provided to guests who wants to go to the central station.

来吉隆坡一共住了4晚，一开始全部定了喜来登福朋，一进门就感觉不对劲了，简直太差劲，哪里是什麽五星，简直了，後来赶紧退了，住了瑞吉，瑞吉简直是神仙般的存在，住的太舒服了，对於要出来的旅行者来説，一间好的酒店真的会救命，衞生间大，价格合理，床品舒服，门僮服务周到，几乎多会讲华语，真的很不错，要是非要讲一个不好地方那就是离双子塔稍远一些，但对於我来説没差

虽然没有按要求给到比较高的楼层房间，但帮我们惊喜布置了一下房间和准备了2块小蛋糕（不是很好吃），整体服务还算在线。
位置距离市中心有点距离，晚上高峯期不好打车，喜欢闹中取静等可以选，洗漱日用品都在线，毕竟是万豪里的奢牌，对得起这个价格。
再来提出一些小建议，希望酒店可以改善：
1. 我女友对床单被套有很大洁癖（一点污渍都不行），入酒店第一时间就发现了污渍，联系了管家也很快安排了工作人员上来替换，但是由於赶时间打完电话就出去玩了，回来时候发现有重新打理，但是床单依旧还是那张床单，根本没有换！
於是打了第二次管家服务，很快安排了另一个工作人员上来处理（效率是真的快，这点值得称赞），换完之後我们发现比之前更脏，而且还有很明显的破洞（很无语）.
再次拨打了管家服务，这次来的工作人员还是之前那个小哥，但是明显他的心情有点不好，打理完後直接出门一句话不説 （虽然能理解他当下的心情，但是作为奢华5星的服务态度表示还是不太能接受），希望可以提升。
酒店整体感觉比较新，很难想象是建於2016的，晚上有夜床服务，还会送坚果零食（挺好吃的）。
最後退房时候前台多收了旅游税，後来我们和平台确认後也及时退还（这点，Trip的服务值得信赖），希望酒店以後能仔细确认一下，虽然没多少钱，但是对於整体的专业来説还是多少有点影响.

若瑞吉来说，服务挺失望的，还未到暑假，服务已经接待不下，早餐人太多，已经要坐到餐厅门口走廊的位置，一杯果汁摧了几次需要半小时以上才能送到，没有小孩的人不适合，很早8点多房间走廊就有小朋友吵闹，早餐也吵得像街市一样。
housekeeping 的服务也很一般，没有见过五星酒店的收拾房间水准这样，除了换换毛巾之外，其余乱了的东西都不会整理，沐浴露用完了也不会更换，每天回房间要打电话才可以补上新的，这还是标榜有Bulter Service的瑞吉酒店吗？
酒吧cocktails水准非常的差，早餐味道很一般。房间备品质量也不行，牙刷不是一般的硬。泳池很小。
唯一优点就是双床房是Queen size的床吧。?
