从办理入住起就感受到服务热情又细致周到，服务生将行李一直送到房间。房间卫生和设施非常满意，有咖啡壶，高脚杯，甚至还有瑜伽垫。早餐中西合璧，非常喜欢。意外之喜是受邀品鉴行政酒廊，餐食精致，味道很赞! 以后如果提前去机场，还会选择铂尔曼，除了本身位置优势，更重要的是这里的服务，希望成为会员之后能享受更优质的服务!

下单后没住先点评一下：下单前价格700多，然后犹豫了一下取消订单，间隔五分钟之后再定变920，又怕继续涨价或没房间，果断下单，晚饭后发现变回700多！要么就是现在的大数据太厉害了，要么这个平台太垃圾了，涨价太任性，不管怎样，从今以后不会在“同城旅游”下任何一单。

酒店服务没的说，真的挺好的，前台接待小姑娘，礼宾小伙子都很棒。
但是客房设施设备挺差的，洗个澡卫生间都成河了，全是水，穿拖鞋差点滑倒。面池的下水也很差，洗个脸水就满了。房间有配浴缸，但是都没有浴盐或者是沐浴露配在浴缸旁边，没有搓背的丝瓜巾，感觉配的洗漱用品挺简陋的，比市中心的差点。但是价格差不多。
连续两次住铂尔曼，都在早上6点多退房，在行李台想寄存行李都没有行李生，都是放在前台的。
总体来说，性价比还不错，地理位置非常好，服务也很不错
