为了打开阳台门，前前后后等了一个多小时，打了客房服务四个电话，不明白为什么其他人打开阳台门比较便捷，到我这里就比较困难，是歧视我还是我得罪他们了？来开门了还让我签协议保证书，所以服务差评！

今晨离店时前台服务员较差，信用卡不消押金，说要等客服部报告无情况才可以，否则需要等候。真不可思议这样的四星酒店，这样的服务员。
