香格里拉的五星级品牌酒店，在很多地方住过，一直很喜欢，春节期间入住南京的香格里拉大酒店，有点不尽人意：1. 遇到下雨，借伞🌂，居然借完了；五星级酒店，房间内居然没有配备雨伞，太意外了；服务员告诉我，只有豪华阁的房间有雨伞。2. 居然在乘电梯的时候，遇到电梯突然抖动，实在是倍受惊吓。当然，服务态度很好，酒店应该立刻派人检修，但真的是非常意外。

距离地铁站5分钟不到路程，熟悉的香格里拉香氛，豪华阁超豪华湖景房感觉不错，就是移门其中一扇是坏的，但不影响使用免得换房了。行政酒廊风景不错，餐饮以西式为主，也还可以，坐坐聊聊还是很惬意，人不多。服务都很好，很热情，会主动招呼，果然不负香格里拉好客殷勤的宗旨，很是满意。晚餐在江南灶，口味，价格都不错。二楼的自助早餐品类丰富，鸭血粉丝，我喜欢的烟熏三文鱼。泳池水深1米2，偏冷，空间很大。Check Out在行政酒廊，效率高，速度快，服务很赞。对香格里拉好感倍升。就是House Keeping整理房间的时候没有补充饮水和拖鞋，纸巾等，但都不影响我对香格里拉的偏爱，以后去国内各地，香格里拉作为首选。

住的房间看不到玄武湖，离一号线很近。床的软硬度正好，枕头也可以。淋浴的水很大，沐浴用品不咋地，没牌子的。早餐品种也还算多。酒店大堂太香了，不喜欢这种浓烈的香味。

位置是我喜欢的，前台接待很热情，因为是初一，小吃店很少，帮忙推荐附近美食。酒店早餐必须赞，种类好全的。推荐入住。
