非常棒，因为到店湖景房没有了，免费升级成套房了，还有酒廊待遇，服务人员非常温馨周到，房间整洁舒适，第一次来，以后仍会选择这家酒店

每次来南京都下榻香格里拉，最主要是冲着江南灶。这次给了最高的41层。香格里拉的服务一向都很好，此次，由于孩子贪玩，把妻子的钱包弄到床和床头柜夹缝里，我们都没有发现。直到上了高铁，突然接到酒店电话，才发现钱包遗落。酒店非常负责的跟妻子确认钱包形状及内部物品现金，帮忙妥善保管。1月9日我再次来到香格里拉，取回了遗落的钱包。在礼宾部当面点清钱款和银行卡，签字后，终于拿回了遗落的钱包。再次向南京香格里拉的所有工作人员致谢，以及1月7日打扫4120的工作人员衷心感谢。。
