酒店的环境和服务一如既往的好，这次出现了一点小插曲，前台收费的时候有一笔挂帐入错账了，后来值班经理鲍先生主动沟通并及时帮我处理了问题，以后来南京还会选择入住这家酒店👍

非常好的酒店，每次来南京出差再远也会选择这家酒店，酒店的环境，服务和配套都是一流的，这次入住要特别感谢值班经理鲍敬君先生帮我升级了房间，并且在入住期间提供了高水平的服务，为他专业的职业素养点赞??
