酒店周围的环境非常好，但是酒店的硬件和软件都非常差，连续两天入住，第二天居然没有放拖鞋，房间里面也没有放男士的剃须刀，问前台说要自己去要的，堂堂一个五星级酒店要这么小气吗？大床房是两个单人床拼起来的，无语了。酒店借出的亲子自行车居然没有刹车，一家三口都摔了下来，宝宝还坐在第一个位置，出事后酒店自己没有急救措施，要去20分钟车程外的医院处理伤口，处理事情的领导姗姗来迟，处理过程非常曲折，非常差的一次体验。

前台服务可以，一星评价是给儿童游乐场所和泳池的。小朋友想游泳，去买泳裤，五星级酒店竟然说泳裤卖完了。。小朋友没有游到，好遗憾。
