酒店除了金陵楼比较新外，其他楼硬件相对老旧，并且卫生情况确实一般。但是入住期间碰到的金陵楼客房服务员和12号别墅服务员胡家香、郑兰兰和前台人员都不错，特别是大堂经理孙小姐，妥善解决入住期间碰到的问题，让客户还是感到挺暖心的。早餐相对比较简单，如能多改善，应该得分更高。

艺龙订的单，但酒店没记录，有点着急，但双方都在帮我积极联系，前台还给了三张咖啡券，让我们坐着等会儿。大半个小时终于协调好了，酒店还给升了级豪华房变成70平的套房，还算很满意。特别谢谢前台的工作人员不厌其烦的服务，好像是叫孙梅月还是叫孙海月，不好意思没看清。房间硬件设施是有点老，但软件服务还行，值得推荐。
