虽说在汽车站对面，实际位置较偏，位于开发区与城区结合部。酒店设施老旧，游泳池关闭，健身设施损害。在酒店用餐，人很少，菜很咸，还好服务员服务不错。

以前一直住这里，我在网上订的房间，结果跟我说5楼的没小冰箱！强烈要求下才给搬了一个！真是无语！不过帮忙搬冰箱的服务员态度倒是挺好的！卫生还行，就是设施比较陈旧，大橱柜门把手那里都掉皮了！不过高淳也就这一家5星，其他酒店更不咋样！

前台接待人员和客服人员的服务态度和服务意识都非常高，对住客非常热情，也非常会为住客着想，特别是前台接待员吴琼，她查到我这次是第二次来入住，她不但会提前根据我上次住宿的习惯帮我安排房间和提前准备好我每次都需要的拖线板之外，在办理入住看到我行李较多的时候还主动帮我拿行李👍在这里提出特别表扬👍👍👍有这样的优秀员工、有这么好的服务态度和这么高的服务意识的酒店不多，所以决定今后只要到高淳出差一定指定入住武家嘴酒店！刚好下个月又要来高淳，我们下个月见🤗🤗🤗
