酒店地处高淳客运站对面，位置、周边环境均好，停车位较多，离高淳老街、固城湖农家乐(自产自销的大闸蟹)大约3.5公里，在当地算是最好的酒店了，在那里办喜宴的家庭多，酒店交通方便、服务好。但早餐品种较少且就餐厅位置少，淋浴间水漏下水慢。
