酒店服务有点失望，要求开窗，打了三个电话，用时5个小时才有人来，需要冰块，也等了将近半小时，如果是分分钟盯着应该会快点，服务人员普遍主动服务意识不高，有失五星水准。房间浴缸，手摸一层灰，许久未清洗，客房保洁有待提高。

地段风景都很好，鼓楼天一阁步行就能到。泳池里还有小热水池，孩子还能在水池里泡着玩。总体来说，比想象中好。
