下午四点左右到的，被告知还要等一个小时才能打扫完房间，前台也不给我房卡，说可以问打扫人员要房卡，直接办理入住，到了楼上，打扫人员说房卡要在前台办理，后来换了个前台直接办掉了，不是很满意

打总台电话最起码打10分钟才能打进，写着五星级根本没有五星级的标准，好好改进下吧！五星级重在服务，不是在于写个五星就OK！
