房价好高，浴缸毛发，卫生细卫生不佳。咖啡厅中饭、早饭服务员聚在一起聊天的多，不够热情。总台服务很好，让人舒服！

豪华全江景房的设施不错，但酒店整体的服务水准令人略感失望。先是提前确认的电话里表达酒店房间满，言语间透露出希望客人取消预订的试探语气；抵达酒店前台办理入住时告知房间都在打扫，提供房间号但希望客人推迟入住时间至16:00或以后；待第二次至前台办理入住时又告知此前确认的房间已给其他客人入住，前台擅自调整到低层房间，经协商才进行调整，但办理过程令人不愉快；入住时客房房门径直大开，疑为房间整理后未关闭；第二天一早请客房服务送浴巾直至洗完澡都没送到。。。上述种种和宁波市中心知名涉外五星级酒店的定位极其不相称，希望酒店方注重细节，加强管理，对得起万豪的品牌。
