这家万豪，是我住过最差的一家，我还是万豪的会员。定的行政房，到酒店去只剩最后一间房给我，没有行政房间，享受行政待遇，去了酒廊，服务员的态度也是差到极点，一点没有笑容，怎么对得起万豪这个品牌。最后是想说，我儿子的一条中裤遗忘在酒店，居然没有人给我电话。虽然是条不值钱的裤子，但是客人忘在酒店，作为五星的酒店最起码要通知一下对吧！是不是一条裤子在你们万豪酒店就这么不起眼呢？
