虽然仅仅住了一晚上，但也要写一下体会：
优点：1、交通方便周围是德国风情街，有小超市小饭馆农贸市场等，离劈柴院挺近的。
2、卫生不错
3、房间设施虽简单，但适用。
缺点：1、酒店临街，青岛旅游季节来了，大型旅游车的声音很大， 在房间里听的十分清楚，可以说是吵闹。
2、酒店出于节能原因，我估计6.30之前，房间里的空调是不给遥控器，也就是说无法使用，不过青岛天气还是挺凉爽。
3、房间设施简单，设计存在严重缺陷，烧水壶的电源线很短，插座在墙上，离桌面很远，无法够得到必须把热水壶垫高。
4、卫生间容易存水。
想入住的其他客观请自己斟酌，

地理位置不错，周围环境良好，交流也还算方便，梧桐树长得很好，既然叫馆陶路，有一点旧日殖民地的风情，没事时也可以路边走走，还不错的。

是个新的酒店，设施都很好，这价钱经济实惠。位置在德国风情街，也属于旅游区吧，住宿很安静。
