一开始看评论，说还不错，在温州住过易佰，觉得应该不会差，但是大失所望啊！第一 不是连锁酒店的那种设施，是老房子改造的。第二没有衣架，前台直接说没有。第三床上有小根短头发，不怎么卫生，全副武装才敢睡的。第四也是最重要的一点！去各大景点，没公交，走路偏远，只有打车 九块起步价 到哪要打车！不过，最后要走的时候退房后 ，前台美女让我们休息了好久还充了电，比订房那天的服务员要热情！

在德国风情街上，离劈柴院挺近的，隔壁是长途汽车站，对面是个博物馆，整条街都是德式建筑，很有感觉，而且很安静，适合住宿。
其次，酒店是新开的，设施都是新的，干净卫生，而且前台很热情地询问和指路。
这个价位能在青岛住这么好的连锁酒店确实性价比很高了，下次来还住这里。

房间价格不高，两层窗户，隔音也不错，服务热情，离劈柴院不远，缺点就是房间太小，尤其是卫生间，没有干湿分离，而且没有电梯，带行李较多的住在那一片要认真考虑下
