虽然酒店设施比较旧，但挺干净。老板和前台的服务员人都很好，很热心，尽量帮忙解决问题。总体还可以。

住的标准间，房间不大，但挺干净，卫生间较小，电视也不大。不过还挺安静，距离德国街及劈柴院挺近。还不错吧

酒店老板很好，是豪爽的山东大叔!8月份是青岛的旺季，到处酒店的酒店都住满人。268元这个价格能住上家庭房，我们已经很满足了。酒店只有两层，没电梯。房间设施还可以

交通不方便，因为青岛的路高低难走，平地走10分钟，青岛起码走15分钟，还是个单行线，进去容易出来难！卫生差，最奇葩的是电视放a 台的节目，却是b台的声音！还好就住了1天，不过德国风情街我好喜欢，有力气走走看看那些古建筑，质量让人相信建筑是可以长久的，百年前的建筑让人看了叹服之极，历史在此证明只要想把房子造好是可以永流传的！

服务还好！宾馆的地理位置有点蹩脚！馆陶路长途汽车站旁！房间明亮，卫生一般，没洗漱用品，隔音太差！要提的是电视太小，小就小可是没几套能看的节目，还有雪花点，伤了俺的眼！性价比一般！
