酒店黄金位置，硬件很舒适，软件服务有待提高，特别是服务中心的女服务员，可以用‘冷淡’生硬'刻板'来形容，刚办入住时看到一个火冒三丈的男客人投诉，看来是有原因的，其他的方面还好了！

真的很差劲，之前有看评价，说这个亚龙湾的希尔顿很一般，想着怎么也是五星，查不到哪里，而且还在亚龙湾。会觉得有差评的同学是不是有点吹毛求疵，但当自己住进来，真的是很差劲，。。也有住过几家五星，但体验率最差的我想也就是这个希尔顿了，房间得隔音很不好，平时就不说了，晚上12点，陆陆续续来入住的客人在走廊里走路，说话得声音还能听到！严重影响睡眠质量！！！本来想着要在亚龙湾住三天。好好休息一下的，结果这个酒店真的是差劲，实在不想说什么了！以后不会再来这家，而且也不会推荐朋友来。
