使用了几年的艺龙，感受最差的一次，款都付了，几个小时，行李都还在酒店房间，最后被酒店告知房间被别的客人定走，差点流落街头，所以给差评

环境没得说，沙滩干净，海水清澈，服务优质。淡季出行，办理入住还是让人糟心，时间长不说，排队办理完了还要等到15点才可以入住，天气闷热，心情更是郁闷。给所有的服务人员点个赞，有礼貌，态度和善。
