服务人员很热情，房间在五星酒店来说还行，最主要是是带孩子去，泳池比较多，有儿童游乐场，但是户外的在维护没法玩。总体来说值得推荐

位置还可以。打车也方便。酒店里的园艺做的很好。感觉就在酒店里玩两天也很棒啦。房间也不错。但是Wi-Fi超差，Wi-Fi不安全，登陆了一下晚上QQ就显示被盗了……后来最后一天Wi-Fi竟然直接无法连接了。总体还可以。早餐也蛮好吃的。我觉得还是满满意的

去年住过很好，今年又来住，最后马上退房想延时到2点，用房间电话打0，那边说不行，后来又说只能1间延时到2点，因为有老人有孩子所以才和酒店说，而你酒店女员工生硬的恢复不行，你五星级酒店的服务何在？我住了2天晚上一共花了将近5000元的消费，让你延时2小时你不同意，更可气的最后前台两件房都是按延时2点退的，笑话吗，我们老人孩子都跑一个屋待着，这种酒店还指望客源不断吗？怎么评上的五星？光看设施吗？
