非常好的体验！房间宽敞明亮，服务好。为了减少行李，提前网购了一些宝宝用品，前台可以帮忙接收快递，入住时就可以取。老人和小孩都很满意，尤其是宝宝非常喜欢，嚷嚷着还要去三亚住君澜酒店！

家庭旅行，陪老人家一起度假，房间设施挺好，但床太小，枕头高并且鼓鼓的，脖子完全没有放松，希望更换利于健康的枕头。酒店离机场很近，专车司机大约15分钟就到达，出酒店对面就是海边可以赏夕阳。海边是休闲长廊，早上很多老人在唱歌跳舞健身，但海水比较黄和浑浊。出酒店的马路就有公交车到天涯海角，半小时就到，再往前是南山大佛景区，游览很方便

酒店位置很好，方便，从机场到酒店20分钟就到了，大堂副理小齐服务很周到，服务很热情到位，酒店还安排了管家很贴心。

预订的是至尊海景套，赠送了欢迎水果，房间两个阳台面朝大海，风景很棒，房间很大有两个卫生间，后来换的亲子套，两个房间，很实用，另外酒店给配的管家很负责任，一听带着孩子，马上送了游泳圈和沙滩玩具，有了宾至如归的感觉～
