酒店环境很不错，前台接待 员冯丹服务很热情，很详细的给我们介绍了酒店，我们住的套房我们很喜欢，我们住的高楼层，在房间看海很好，还给我们免费送了礼劵，酒店这的交通很方便，这次的体验很不错。

酒店位于三亚湾顶端，离西岛等旅游景点很近，很适合出来度假游玩，还有酒店的服务真的狠赞，大堂齐经理服务细致入微，还有前台冯丹很热情接待我们，推荐大家来哦。

酒店环境很不错，前台接待员冯丹服务很热情，很细心，非常不错，还给我们送了水果，还有几张劵，酒店离海边很近，过个马路也就到了，早餐很丰富，很好，还有无边泳池，离机场很很近，这次住得很不错，还会光临的。

一家老小十一人入住，遇到超NICE的李传龙当了我们的管家，全程态度非常好，不但帮我们升级了房间，还提供各种细致的服务，随时解决我们的各种问题，感觉这次入住很超值，以后来三亚湾还会选择君澜。

总体感觉很不错，前台小妹冯丹服务很周到，特别热情，酒店环境特别好，还给我们送了水果，还有几张的抵用劵，早餐很不错，酒店离南山寺不远,交通很方便，离海边也近，很愉快的一次入住，还会再来的。

酒店位置很好，离机场和天涯海角景区都很近，交通很方便。进了大堂就能看到泳池，前台服务人员王秋尹态度也非常好~
