前台冷漠，没有任何服务意识。订的是豪华海景套房，有二个空调控制器显示屏，其中客厅的显示屏是白屏，没有任何文字。致电服务热线，说马上来修，结果催了三次，二个小时过去，没有任何人来修。120平方米的所谓豪华海景套房居然没有浴缸，全三亚五星级酒店估计仅此一家。装修已经十分老旧。真是辜负了大好海景。

酒店就在海边，订了海景房在阳台就能看见大海，心旷神怡，酒店环境优美，房间布置的豪华又不失温馨，服务人员热情礼貌，宾至如归，非常棒！

这次一行四个人定的家庭套房，房间很大，配套应有尽有，有厨房洗衣机冰箱，洗衣做饭都很方便，阳台上可以欣赏海景和酒店全景，出门就是海滩，傍晚走走吹着海风很舒服
