酒店位于三亚湾，入住的时候王蕾介绍很仔细，服务热情周到，以为三亚很热缺降温了，游泳池天冷了不敢游泳，害怕感冒，晚餐有自助餐，接待我们的李总监很热情很好，入住还不错

一家人过来的 酒店很火爆 不容易订上。前台刘莲英服务周到。刘翠芳很亲切，有个大泳池。小朋友很喜欢 假期最后一天在君澜很愉快！期待下次之约 👍👍👍👍👍👍听说还配了管家一切都特别周到。

又一次来这里 依旧去找刘小妹 依旧那么热情 这次孩子比较多 每个孩子都有礼物 听到我嗓子不好 还特意送来一壶煮梨水 太贴心了 给个大大的赞 前台刘晓英美女看到这么多孩子送我们两份水果拼盘 房间很干净 早餐也很不错 尤其晚上的BBQ很有情调的
下次来三亚 还会选择这里

我们是从网上看了很多好评才选择的三亚湾迎宾馆，没让我们失望。一进大堂就可以看到大海，酒店单位黎苗族装饰很有特点，随处还有艺术作品展示。我们带着家人订了三居室，卫生很好。服务员刘小妹服务也很好。一路送我们到房间，房间开好了空调，特别好！像个向导一路介绍，解说！还给我们送了礼品，入住还有水果感谢管家李传龙总监的热情安排。感谢你们

酒店环境不错，游泳池和健身房都是免费开放的噢，早餐丰富，营养搭配合理，酒店对面就是大海，前台王秋尹服务很热情，亲切，房间住的很不错，今天又续住啦，值得入住噢，棒棒哒
