酒店是万豪旗下高端品牌，环境非常好，服务也非常好。到三亚机场安排接机，司机服务很好。管家刘畅美女提前电话安排，并在酒店迎接，沟通很顺畅，服务非常出色，很感谢！中餐厅和电影院的团队服务也很出色！以后还会去这里度假，值得推荐！
