酒店的硬件和软件堪称完美，只是海边沙滩确实不符合酒店的气质，第一次体验瑞吉酒店的私家影院，效果很棒。管家服务也很到位非常的完美，一个不错的假期。

住过最好的酒店，环境和服务，冰箱里的饮料随便喝，水整箱给，还给我升到海景别墅，管家热情积极。果然是奢华级酒店。从没写这么多评价过，唯一不足就是泳池边经常有鸟来拉屎，但这是不可抗力量。满意

管家服务好像并不是一对一的 第一天见到的管家后来就没见到了 连退房的时候也没来送 都只是电话联系 然后再拜托别的管家来交接 不过提的要求也都一一解决了 别墅礼遇里的洗衣服务和出海项目很满意 别墅不是太新 毕竟酒店也不新了 有些房间里的设施觉得需要升级了 房间服务生的服务非常好 儿童中心有些旧了不大而且玩具有坏的
