每年来海棠湾都会住康莱德。但个人感觉今年的康莱德不如以往的有人气 各种配套设施跟往年相比也有待改进 总体还算ok

酒店比较清静，房间宽敞，设施一般，吹风机在卫生间镜子前不能使用，插到其它地方又没有镜子，低级错误，房间隔音不好，楼上的人走动声音很大影响休息，每间房间的泳池都好小。服务基本尚可，餐厅吃的东西选择很少。

酒店的房间很棒，在海棠湾的地点也很好，但是服务很垃圾，只有开电瓶车的小伙们很热情，其他的就算了吧。酒店门口经常连个迎宾都没有，如果有事需要跟服务人员沟通，对方就像听不懂。开始是冲着康莱德的品牌来的，没看评论，住进来才发现服务这么烂。五星级的设施，旅店级的服务！！
